I have been finding the same frustration this morning. I am interested in searching for books in Italian, French and Spanish but find the same problem as you. It would be much easier if there was sub-categories under language that allowed you to filter further. Furthermore if this could be done there...

I have found many new (to me) authors by reading books both nominated and awarded for various book awards. Would it be possible to have a system which identifies those books on the site? Would anyone else use this to "try" a previously unread author?

That is a brilliant idea! When you input a book you can automatically see which users have it on their wishlist. Great suggestion
