Thanks for the review Hazel, this has been languishing on my shelves for too long along with a few of her other earlier books.  I've read all her recent ones and will be interested to see how the earlier ones compare.

A few years ago I was told I was grinding my teeth and had to wear one of these on my lower jaw but only at night.  I still have it but don't wear it very often, only if my teeth start playing up as I found it so uncomfortable to sleep with.  Good luck. hope it does the trick.
