Our group holiday this year is Majorca - village called Petra, inland, on the Eastern plain. This year we are having a murder mystery dinner set in the 1920's so I think it will be an "English" version of The Great Gatsby! Just finished A Greyhound of a Girl by Roddy Doyle - about the ghost of Mary's great grandmother, who comes back to collect her daughter, Emer, Mary's granny. Nice idea, not the best I've read.
