 I must be very lucky because my local post office staff couldn't be more helpful. They always look for the cheapest way for me to post my books................even suggesting I take the last chapter out of the book to make it fit through the slot!!!!!!   Full marks to the staff at Little Layton Post Office, Blackpool.
