"I'm not aware of any problems, and the fact you can log in at work but not at home suggests it is related to the privacy settings on your home PC, so double check your Firefox privacy settings (you may find this website helpful: Cookies in Firefox, then check your system's firewall settings to make sure it's not blocking the site."
This may not be your problem, but I should tell you that our server is not very keen on talking to several Int. Explorer programmes (particularly the later ones) so we are advising members to try logging on with Firefox or Google Chrome as those two seem to have no probs at all. But I added pennyt's reply in case it gave you a lightbulb moment.
There is a support address at email@example.com and they might be able to help, but do try other search engines first.
