Hi, is anyone else having a problem logging in? It's fine when I log in on my work pc but at home I keep getting a cookie-problem message 'your browser is not set to receive cookies' (but it is!) and I can't get in. I've cleared all my history & cookies cache, my cookies are definitely enabled but I just go round in circles. There's not a problem with my account otherwise I wouldn't be able to log in from another pc (I use Firefox on both machines).

I'm not aware of any problems, and the fact you can log in at work but not at home suggests it is related to the privacy settings on your home PC, so double check your Firefox privacy settings (you may find this website helpful: Cookies in Firefox, then check your system's firewall settings to make sure it's not blocking the site.

 Yes I've got same thing! It happens when I try to log in via mobile phone. Driving me mad - hope someone can help us!

I am having real problems with this site at the moment - only over the last few months (I've been here for years!) Quite often now I have problems after logging in with the page sticking and the only option is to close my browser and start again. No other site seems to be a problem for me - but I am finding it so frustrating I am thinking of leaving RISI altogether. Can anyone help??

 Noooooo! Don't leave!  The following reply was posted by pennyt to another member with problems.

This may not be your problem, but I should tell you that our server is not very keen on talking to several Int. Explorer programmes (particularly the later ones) so we are advising members to try logging on with Firefox or Google Chrome as those two seem to have no probs at all.  But I added pennyt's reply in case it gave you a lightbulb moment.
