Woo hoo, first reply of the month. I have had 7 books arrive in my house today, 9 if you count the 2 my kids got. Oh dear, that is a record for me.

Things I want my daughters to Know - Elizabeth Noble, secondhand book stall in local market.

Severed - Simon Kernick, charity shop

American Wife - Curtis Sittenfeld, swap

    Harvest - Tess Gerritsen, swap

The Rise and Fall of a Yummy Mummy - Polly Williams, school fete 20p

Life Swap - Jane Green, school fete 20p

The Thirteenth Tale - Diane Setterfield, school fete 20p, I've already read it but at 20p too good to pass up, lol

    Transformers Annual 2007 for Matthew

Angelina & The Princess for Isobel

This is where I hit post and someone has beaten me to the first post and my first sentence just looks silly.

Got back from Scotland last night to a nice pile of packages :) Lots of mooches: Sepulchre by Kate Mosse, Quantum Theory Cannot Hurt You by Marcus Chown, Year Of Wonders by Geraldine Brooks, Possession by Jennifer Armintrout, Birdman by Mo Hayder and Crypotonomicon by Neal Stephenson.

Avoided all the lovely airport editions last night but only because I couldn't find Genesis... I might have to go buy it in hardback.

Currently reading: Looking Good Dead by Peter James

Two charity shop books today - Crippen and Mutiny on the Bounty, both by John Boyne.  A bit expensive for charity shop books at £2.00 and £2.25 but they are both in excellent condition.

Crippen's really hard to get hold of cheap so that's still a bargain! :)

I went out and bought Genesis by Karin Slaughter, I just can't wait any longer! Also picked up a copy of The Other Hand by Chris Cleave for 99p in Age Concern.
