Have joined Bookmooch this evening - had only just finished listing a book and had a request for it - how quick was that! 

 Bookmooch is great - I'm a tiny bit addicted!

I really like Bookmooch - which reminds me that I have mooched a book recently, but heard nothing!

I just joined and there are a few ppl who want my books lol. White Teeth - Zadie Smith has 12 ppl who want it lol.

 What do you do just add your books and wait for someone to ask for them.

Bookhopper is good too but nothing beats RISI!

I love RISI, not least for the people,but I really like Bookmooch too, quite like the points system and the way it works. I've managed to get so many books from abroad that just aren't easily attainable in the UK

You don't get anything from the person requesting your books, you just send them on - you do get a point for each one - Fiona I think you have about 3 points now - which means you can request any three books you want from anyone in the UK!

Oh I am happy with the sites I belong to. Just wishing I knew about Bookmooch b4 I got rid of all the swap books to charity shop lol. Oh well, I will live and learn lol xx

Very true mandy - i often find books on there for ppl on RISI who are desperately looking for something and u often find them from ppl in america - though i have found out its quite pricey to send out to those countries
