Since I got a load of books recently and then a surge of swaps I feel like I have stacks of books to read:
Martin Amis: Success
Yellow Dog
Julian Barnes: Metroland
Craig Clevenger: The Contortionist's Handbook
Paul Coehlo: The Alchemist
Ben Elton: High Society
Rachel Gibson: Lola Carlisle Reveals All
Elizabeth Hyde: The Abortionist's Daughter
John Irving: Until I Find You
Toni Jordan: Addition
Adele Parks: Larger Than Life (currently reading)
Chuck Palahniuk: Snuff
Dark Terrors 2
Jodi Picoult: Nineteen Minutes (I think this is next to read, but not sure until I pick it up)
Tom Robbins: Jitterbug Perfume
Mary Doria Russell: The Sparrow
David Sedaris: When You Are Engulfed In Flames
Joy Williams: Escapes
Gosh, it feels really good to list the books this way. It's overwhelming to look at them on the shelves sometimes. I've also got 4 swaps I'm expecting at the moment, so those books may scoot to the top of the list!
Anybody read any of these and can advocate for what I cannot wait another day to read?
