THere'll be a new book coming out this winter called Swallowing Darkness, before that there was

    A Lick of Frost,

    Mistral's Kiss

    A Stroke of Midnight

    Seduced by Moonlight

    A Caress of Twilight

A Kiss of Shadows, is the first in the series.  I've read all but the upcoming book.

The first two are in my library system, but I haven't gotten around to trying them yet.

I've read up to No 3 and have No 4 to read.  I love them.  I also like her Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series too, but there are a lot in that series!!

I've tried the first two Anita Blake book but couldn't really get into the series.  I'm okay with the Merry Gentry series even though the books are part erotica.  I also like the fact that there are only six books or so.  If it ever gets into the double figures I'm not sure I'd want to read them.

Oooh, I do like Darkness as a character and I'd imagine he'd be quite a nice visual as well.

I don't really like huge series so the Merry Gentry ones are a manageable number.  I think all the main characters are quite sexy tho - Frost and Galen too!!  Not what you'd expect faeries to be like at all!!

I'd avoided the Anita Blake series for a while too but stick with it past the first couple they get better and increasingly addictive. Although I do love the Merry Gentry series. I'm up to number 4 in that one.

I've recently read Swallowing Darkness, book 6, which was fun but you have to ignore lots of errors and typos in the plot.
