Just in Case by Meg Rosoff....

Recommend this writer.  Just finished the second of her three books, and read it all in one go.  Ever imagined being inside the head of a 15 year old boy?  Now I understand more!

Meg Rosoff is an amazing writer. I've read the other two as well (How I Live Now and What I Was) and all three are really good books. Smile

Yes..... I have How I live now on my all time favourite reads, and recommend to anyone who asks about it (and some who don't!)

I have only read "How I Live Now" and I really enjoyed it (read it all in one sitting with just a couple of toilet breaks!) and I'll look of for her others.

I felt like this when I read 'Slam' by Nick Hornby. I thoroughly recommend this book to one and all!

I did try and read How I Live Now - but gave up on it, just couldn't get into it.

Meg Rosoff sounds like a really  good author even though she's not very familiar. Just in case sounds like one to be added to my TBR.

Meg Rosoff is a great writer.  Although of her (now 4) books, Just in Case is my least favourite.

The new one, The Bride's Farewell is really good too - she described it as "Tess of the D'Urbervilles with a happy ending"...

Enjoy it! It's quite different, but very engaging.

I've read 3 of them (How I live now, What I was and The Bride's Farewell), I'm going to try and get round to Just in Case soon.

I was quite disapointed with Brides Farewell actually...Didn't think it was half as good as the other 2. So now its up on my swaps!
