I really enjoyed it!! It was a bit muddly at first but as it went along I liked it.

It was one of Richard and Judy's.

    A HAPPY SWAPPER

I read this on holiday last year, really didnt like it and only finished it as I was away and didnt have a great deal to choose from.  I thought it was very over-hyped and feel that it only got on the Richard and Judy list as the author is the OH of Ricky Gervais!

I read this last summer, just before it went onto Richard and Judy's summer reads (I felt very in the know lol) and loved it. I found it really funny and hard to put down!

Re: Getting Rid of Matthew - Jane Fallon

I often find chicklit unreadable (too fluffy for me) , but finished this one, maybe cos the subject was unusual. Not many of the characters were likeable though, all quite selfish and self-centred. A big deal was made of how she was trying to put things right, but this was only because she'd changed her mind about him.
But it was funny when everyone at the workplace was saying how unattractive he was in front of her.

I felt the same about this one Liz.  I don't read much chick lit any more, but I thought this one was really different because it had the "edge" of characters you never really like very much.  Not very often that Anne + I don't like the same books, but must admit I enjoyed this one!

i quite liked this book, however, I really couldn't warm to the characters, they were horrible. Worth reading though.

I really loved this book, and found myself laughing out loud throughout it.  It obviously appealed to my sense of humour.  I particularly loved the bit when she found the shoe cleaning kit in his stuff.

I have this on my TBR, but keep putting it off as have heard very mixed up reviews about it and I don't seem to be in the mood for it.
