Re: heidijane's TBR list - update 25th July
Heidijane, You might find this site useful www.fantasticfiction.co.uk in case some of these on your TBR pile are in a series. It is really annoying if you read the third book when you haven't even read the first or the second. I liked Martina Cole, Mary Higgins Clark, and Karin Slaughter (definitely read Blindsighted - wow)
Marshmallows for Breakfast by Dorothy Koomson (started 24th August 2010)

Re: heidijane's TBR list - update 23rd February 2008
The Blind Assassin, by Margaret Atwood Haven't read this but have enjoyed other books by her
Wild Swans, by Jung Chang A heavy book in places but a really interesting insight into China. Worth reading.
Veronica Decides to Die, by Paulo Coelho Don't enjoy his pontificating style of writing. (Sorry! I just don't get all the hype about him!)
This Book will save your life, by A. M. Homes Not my usual style but I really enjoyed this as it made me think and take a look at my own life.
The Abortionist's Daughter, by Elizabeth Hyde Not bad. Interesting who-dun-it style but maybe not worth all the publicity.
The Savage Garden, by Mark Mills I enjoyed this although not many of my book group did. Rich descriptions set the scene for a murder mystery.
Kahlan My swaps Had an accident?Currently Reading: And Another Thing (Jeremy Clarkson) and Poison Study (Maria V Snyder)
