I'm on Number 10, The Fairies of Fryfam and I've thoroughly enjoyed every one. They are light and fluffy, quick to read, a bit like our Simon the gay vampire a lot of us love so much. I get mine from the library, 3 at a time, and can read 4 or 5 in a week. Once I start work next week, I'll probably not read as many.

Go for it Sam. I gave my copy of Agatha Raisin and the Quiche of Death away and have regretted it ever since! The rest are keepers. I read one per month and it's just enough! They are exactly as people have described them above. A bit cheesy but completely addictive.

Why not Sam, they're not my usual thing either but sometimes I just need something light, undemanding and amusing without it being mushy romantic chicklit and these fit the bill. You could always try the library for the first one.

I'm working my way through the Agatha Raisin books in order (I personally don't like reading series out of sequence) and like others see them as light, easy reading.
