I have just read Candlemoth by him and it is an excellent read. I would think he would be well worth going to see.
He lives in Birmingham so this is a 'home' event for him. I can honestly say that he is one of the most interesting authors I have ever heard speak - I'm sure you will really enjoy it Tina. Say hello to him from me - remind him he has promised me an advance copy of his next book to take on the plinth!

Oh Anne that will be good if he could come on here...did like his Angels book......taking mine with me tonight to get a sig and I think he will have books on sale too...
Well went to the author event last night to see R J Ellory...and he was very good.....and his next book sounds really good so will look out for that one......he was in no rush to finish and was happy to answer all questions......did get my book signed and bought another too......Anne I did remind him about the plinth and book and he said he won't forget and I sais to him I believe you are coming on here for a chat and he said yes....OH went with me too and he enjoyed it although he had never heard of him....
