Hi all.

Some of you may have experienced error messages on the main site over the past couple of days. We have been having some problems with our servers, but these should all have been resolved now, and everything should hopefully be back to normal.

Please let me know if you continue to get an error messages.

l have had the odd error message over last day or two.

 Mine was all over the place but has been fine since about 5.00pm yesterday so the gremlin seems to have disappeared.  Thanks for fixing things so quickly

 It's happening again, sorry (please don't shoot the messenger )

Mine went all peculiar about half an hour ago,text was absolutely huge!  my other sites were OK just RISI acting strange. It seems to have gone the other way now,quite small

 I think they were actually working on the site at that time Shirley.  Anyone who was already logged in (presumably you were) saw the site as you say and were able to carry on using it.  The likes of me who weren't logged in got an "essential maintenance" notice instead and although I could view the forum I couldn't log in

We did have some additional problems after I posted this, but everything does seem to be back to normal now.

 Don't know if it's the site or my computer but increasingly getting blank screens when i open forum threads, the risi title is there but the posts don't appear.
It happened twice to me on the main site when i wanted to check a swappers profile but today it's happening alot on here too. Thank x

Liz, I am having the same problem, posts aren't loading, I'm just getting blank pages, I can still see the title and left hand side options, but nothing else!

If I manage to open a post like this one, once I click reply I get the blank page again and cannot check the post to see if it's there!

 I've had this too.  It does load eventually if you click refresh but I've had to refresh it at least twice.

 Thanks for replying, refreshing does help sometimes , glad it's not just me as i wouldnt have a clue what to do.

l have been having the same problems and also thought it was just me too.  Thankfully it's not.

l am sure it will sort itslef eventually. 

 Thanks for all your hard work getting us all back into the forums. Last few days were perfect but unfortunately it is happening again today, not as bad as before but a few times already, sorry to have to pass on bad news, x

 My main problem is that pages won't load: I keep having to reclick. The title pages comes up, especially the pages with titles on: I put in a title I want to search for, and the page comes up with the lead line and then no details of books! On other pages it usually works with going backwards and forwards and then finally the page comes up, and with the book titles page, it's been probably over a week since I was able to see that.

I do find it frustrating clicking backwards and forwards; however I also appreciate that you do all this work in your spare time.
