I get my parcel tape from Wilkinsons when I use it, but often just use thick sellotape and/or jiffy bags. Other people get it cheap in pound shops too I think.

If you have a poundland near you, I'd try there for the tape, I've often got a pack of 3 or 4 rolls for £1 there.
