Thought I would finally add my hill to the mountain range! They are listed in order of when they came into my house. The oldest books have been hanging around since the beginning of March, but I am trying to read them first, unless I get something new that looks really good!

A Quiet Belief in Angels	R J Ellory	Wonderful, one of my favourites this year
Gentlemen & Players	Joanne Harris	I really liked this one but it is very different from her “food” stories
Jane Eyre	Charlotte Bronte	Classic in every sense of the word
The Island	Victoria Hislop	Lovely holiday read
A Prayer for Owen Meany	John Irving	Hardwork but if you stay until the end it all comes together and makes up for the effort
Wuthering Heights	Emily Bronte	Gave up on this one

Notes from a small island - cant get into his books so gave up,

Plain truth and little friend are on tbr.

Plain Truth Jodi Picoult My first ever Picoult and still one of my favourites, along with Second Glance and Vanishing Acts.

The Secret Garden Frances Hodgson Burnett A lovely book, although I think I prefer A Little Princess as it has less description in it.

Perfect Match Jodi Picoult Great book but very sad.

A Quiet Belief in Angels R J Ellory A gripping read although I got bored a bit at the middle and found some bits too graphic.

Jane Eyre Charlotte Bronte TBR - attempted this twice already and hopefully I'll make it this time!

The Secret Life of Bees Sue Monk Kidd Great book, really enjoyed it. Very unique.

The Island Victoria Hislop A very good read although it didn't stay in my head for very long.

Getting rid of Matthew Jane Fallon Want to read.

The Queen's Fool Philippa Gregory WTR

Wuthering Heights Emily Bronte TBR
