Finished the sound of laughter by Peter Kaye

Both kids had read it first (unusual) It is Ali's book and normally i would not of read it as i had never heard of him, I could never have read it on holidays as I was doubled in two laughing at times and had to put it down. He comes across as a likeable very hard working bloke who just happens to be so funny.

    I really enjoyed it.

I am glad you enjoyed this Carole, they do say laughter is the best medicine.  It might be time to bump it up my TBR as it does sound like great fun. Big Smile

I read this almost in one sitting last week and I enjoyed very much. I will now pass it on to hubby to read as I think he would like it as well.

I've had this on TBR for ages - mine's a hardback copy, so I keep picking it up and putting it back down.  I think I'll give it a go when we get back from hols!

Stick with it annecater, mine was a hardback copy too and I was in stitches all the way through. Looking forward to watching his new series coming soon to a TV near you called something like 'Pop Factor', should be hilarious winter viewing.
