    £1206

That is the amount me and my friend won on last nights lottery - woo hoo!!!!  really pleased had this stupid cheesy grin in my face all evening.  So I will be picking up a total of £603 next week from her once the cheque cashes and immediately exchanging it for Euros ready for my holiday.

Have had a bit of run of "unexpected" small windfalls over the past few days ............. sold the box of tatty books for £120 and then I sold a paperback on Amazon for £19.99 then I got a cheque for expenses for a job I went for (they finally repaid me) and now this and I am scrapping my old car (the guy who wants/wanted it) left a £25 deposit about 3 months ago and I cannot get hold of now so I'm scrapping it - that'll be £110 according to man on phone :-)

Not that I expect it to continue but hope that when it stops I won't find myself sliding too quickly backwards!!!

It's good to hear of someone winning-although we don't stand a chance, as we've never (and I mean "never"), bought a ticket!
