Sorry you've had a bad swap, Angela. There are two things you need to do - firstly, notify admin of the details of the swap and they will try and prod the other swapper into sending your book. Failing that they will suspend them. Secondly, if you haven't already done so, you should leave 1* feedback for the other person, explaining that you haven't received your book or any response to emails, but you will look to upgrade if and when you get your book. This hopefully will put other people off from swapping with them, if this person reactivates their books and tries the same thing again.
I hope admin manage to get a result for you. Please don't let this put you off, as at least 99% of the swappers on here are honest and friendly - in over 440 swaps, I've only had one like this, so it is pretty rare on the whole.
