All my RISI emails are popping up in my bulk folder,they never did before.

I have tried adding an RISI address to my address book but it still happens.  Such a pest ! 

That's annoying! But at least you're getting them now?? I seem to be getting them too now, so maybe things are back to normal - hope so...

Mine go into my spam folder now which is a pain. I've changed the settings but it's still doing it so I just have to remember to log in to my web mail as well as windows mail. I will give the settings another go.

Is it all RISI emails (i.e. swapping ones), or just forum emails? 

We did change the email server that sends out the forum emails, so it is possible that it's getting blocked now, but it wasn't before. 

Also, the address you need to add to your contacts for the forums is different from the main RISI admin address: it's noreply@forums.readitswapit.co.uk (the standard admin address is admin@readitswapit.co.uk). So, just follow the instructions at http://www.readitswapit.co.uk/SafeSender.aspx but substitute "admin@readitswapit.co.uk" for "noreply@forums.readitswapit.co.uk". I'll update that page to add the other address.

It is my swap emails that are the problem, I don't get emails from the forum. Do I need to change anything to get them out of my spam and into my inbox?

 My  emails are OK now, it's working fine !

 Spoke to soon,I have received a couple of emails today in my bulk folder,both of them with the subject line as " Snow"  which seems a bit odd !
