I finished The Pure in Heart by Susan Hill last night, and I enjoyed it but thought it ended on a bit of a flat note with lots of threads left hanging, so I started the next one in the series, The Risk of Darkness, today to see if I get any answers. 

I seem to remember Annie saying there were questions left unanswered at the end of The Risk of Darkness when she swapped it with me, so I'm probably going to be even more befuddled

Last night, I started and finished: "Odd and the Frost Giants" by Neil Gaiman.

Finished Burning Bright yesterday afternoon - really enjoyed it, though I felt it perhaps needed a more dramatic climax.

Just started The Secret of Crickley Hall by James Herbert, and I can't put it down. In fact, I'd rather be at home reading it, than sitting here, typing about it!

I've also got the Oscar Wilde book by Gyles Brandreth.

Just finished The Closers by Michael Connelly, probably the best yet of the Harry Bosch series.
Just starting (and will finish on Holiday) The Twelfth Card by Jeffery Deaver.
