Have you not seen my tip on the Delia thread?  make enough mash to feed an army, then freeze portions in little food bags, it's Bry's favourite standby, I haven't peeled a potato in ages, the starch makes my hands all itchy and I'm allergic to the rubber gloves, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!! 

I have so many recipe books I hardly ever use, given that the kids prefer food with rather less flavour but will definitely try some of these, probably replacing some of the ingredients, there's a great recipe for houmus letting us know that Tescos stock frozen cooked chickpeas so no more steeping or in my case, getting sick after eating supermarket houmous!!

I was good for two months... Hopefully hubby won't realise that the TBR pile is getting as big as it was when I said I was stopping swaps to get it down. But I got him a book he wanted so he can't complain too much!    (but nobody tell him how many books I got today... )
